2021 Louisiana Early Care and Education Teacher Survey Overview

The 2021 LA ECE Teacher Survey was administered to teachers working in Type III child care centers in Jefferson Parish and Orleans Parish in Louisiana in November-December 2021. Type III centers are centers that receive public funds to serve children and families who have low incomes. The survey was conducted in partnership with the Jefferson Ready Start Network and Agenda for Children in New Orleans. The survey asked teachers about their work in early childhood education, including their experiences with COVID-19, and their well-being.
